Tracy Cleary C.H.H.P  is a board-certified health counselor. She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Her certification is from Columbia University's Teachers College and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Under the mentor-ship of Dr. Christy Garner, owner of Simply Vibrant Wellness, Tracy developed her expertise which now is the cornerstone of her practice. She is a Certified QRA Practitioner. 

Tracy is the owner of Pure and Simple Health, a revolutionary new concept in natural health, utilizing international technologies, therapies, and products to help children and adults regain health, vitality, and joy. The amazing effectiveness and efficiency of the programs are the result of her practical approach, holistic viewpoint, and ever-expanding knowledge of groundbreaking natural medicine.

Tracy's common-sense approach is refreshing and simple enough to be incorporated into the busiest of lifestyles. As a mother of four, she truly understands the need for effective, powerful, and practical approaches to life transformation. When she first embraced holistic nutrition and health, her motivation was simple: heal herself of an autoimmune disease. Now her goal is to help other people realize the power of natural healing. Her practical tips and ideas along with her fun-loving spirit make her an integral part of her client's success. Tracy has worked with a wide range of clients with many types of conditions and is passionate about helping others on the journey to achieving their optimum health. Teresa Susko, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac., LMT Teresa is a Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist (NCCAOM), New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist.  Teresa holds a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture from New York College of Health Professions.While in the massage therapy program, Teresa was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine and immediately knew she needed to continue her education and study acupuncture.   She believes that acupuncture and massage therapy complement each other well and are key components to achieving and maintaining wellness.Teresa believes in the body's innate ability to heal.  In her holistic approach to wellness, she develops a treatment plan that is customized to each individual's needs.  Her goal, through acupuncture or massage therapy, is to help each patient return to a state of wellness by restoring the body's natural balance.

Renee Verspohl is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist who earned her Bachelor of Professional Studies/ Master of Science degree in Health Sciences and Acupuncture at the New York College of Health Professions. She knows what it is like to have traditional medicine fail, and the many side effects you can encounter. Luckily, a whole new world was opened up for her through acupuncture early in life. Renee believes that health is the state of continuous well-being where the body, mind and spirit work together so that one's being is infused at all levels.
